The challenge. Northwind Health needed to launch across three regulatory jurisdictions on a date tied to a funding milestone.

What we did. One shared backlog across three engineering pods, compliance checkpoints built into each release, and a single release calendar.

You do. Intellectual property in code we write for you transfers to you as set out in your contract, and we sign an NDA before any roadmap or codebase discussion.

We agree an overlap window of at least three hours with your team for live sessions and document everything else in writing.

Yes. With our dedicated-team model, our engineers work in your repositories and tools, follow your standards and report to your product owner.

Security is part of the pipeline, not a final check. See our security page. We can sign a data processing agreement on request.
